Pride Punks 2018 is a transformative work of art. By purchasing the NFT and for the duration of time that you hold the NFT, you agree that the artwork comprises a transformative work of art. The following ownership rights are granted to owners of Pride Punks 2018 NFT’s assuming that Dennison Bertram Advisory LLC has the right to grant them.

1. Ownership Rights. Purchase of a Pride Punks 2018 NFT grants the purchaser ownership over the NFT completely.
2. Ownership Rights. Ownership of NFT is evidence of ownership of the underlying art stored on the IPFS connected to the NFT. That is to say, ownership of the underlying art is tied to ownership of the NFT.
3. Transfer Rights. Upon sale of an NFT, the purchaser and thus, the token holder, receives complete ownership over both the NFT and the underlying art. No ownership in the NFT or the underlying art remains with the seller or transferor of an NFT after the NFT is sold or transferred to a subsequent purchaser.
4. Commercial Use. Ownership of the NFT is accompanied with an unlimited worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased art (“commercial license”). This includes the creation of derivative works or merchandise and other commercial purposes. The commercial license is tied to the ownership of the NFT. For greater clarity, a seller will lose the commercial license in their NFT at the moment of transfer to a new purchaser/buyer.
